Robert E. Whitley, Jr.

Robert Whitley, Jr. has represented Social Security Disability claimants and injured workers since 1995. He is Board Certified in Worker’s Compensation and has received the distinguished AV rating by Martindale Hubbell.

Robert was selected in the National Top One Percent of Distinguished Counsel and is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives (NOSSCR).

Robert takes great pride in representing people and their families, not insurance companies. He has a passion for winning on behalf of clients. Both he and Bradley Clark have helped over one thousand disability claimants obtain their well-earned benefits. His hard work has helped him achieve the status of being in the prestigious top One Hundred Injured Worker’s Attorneys.

During his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife Kelly, his three children, and his two puppies, Matilda and Bruce.

Bradley H. Clark

Bradley Clark was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. He spent four years in the United States Coast Guard stationed along the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Bradley attended East Carolina University after the Coast Guard and obtained his bachelor’s degree in chemistry. He spent several years working as an analytical chemist in Greenville, North Carolina. During his time as a chemist, he decided that his calling was more in dealing with people rather than things making the decision to attend the Campbell University School of Law.

Brad started learning about Social Security disability law in his third year of law school and accepted an internship with a disability law firm. After graduating from Campbell he began practicing Social Security disability law and has been practicing it ever since.

In 2012 Bradley was injured in a bicycle accident and experienced a spinal cord injury. This injury left him with permanent disabilities himself, but the accident has only increased his passion for helping others who are struggling with medical conditions.

Bradley and his wife Rachel have been married for 28 years and have seven children. They enjoy the outdoors including particular interest in birdwatching and visiting eastern North Carolina historical sites.
